At ShishaHubPakistan, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

Damaged Products During Transit

If a product arrives damaged due to shipping, customers must contact us as soon as possible and provide clear photos or videos of the damage.

Broken Hookah Bases

In the case of a broken hookah base received during transit, we will arrange a replacement base. The customer must first return the damaged base to us. Once the damaged base is received, we will arrange delivery of a replacement base.

Product Issues After Delivery

If a product develops a manufacturing defect or operational issue after delivery, we may offer:

  • Product repair (for minor issues)

  • Product replacement (where applicable)

  • Other reasonable solutions at our discretion

Lost or Stolen Parcels

If a parcel is lost or stolen while in transit, we may require time to investigate and arrange a replacement shipment.

If a replacement cannot be arranged, a full refund of the amount paid will be issued within 3 working days after confirmation of the loss.

Refund for Unshipped Orders

Customers who have paid in advance have the right to request a full refund if their order has not been dispatched from the origin within 2 working days.

Public holidays are not counted as working days. Orders placed on holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Orders Already in Transit

Once an order has been dispatched and is in transit, refunds cannot be issued solely because of courier delays. Delivery times depend on the courier company and circumstances beyond our control.

Refused or Unaccepted Deliveries

If a customer refuses to accept a parcel or fails to receive it for any reason, ShishaHubPakistan will not be responsible for the refusal.

If the customer later requests another delivery attempt, additional shipping charges may apply.

Change of Mind

If the product is delivered in good condition and matches the order, returns, exchanges, or refunds are not available simply because the customer changes their mind.
